Mobile product analytics
We use PostHog to understand how Jukebox features are used and improve the app. We send limited events such as app openings, screen categories, account creation and sign-in, onboarding completion, publication of a post, use of search, and opening a Spotify or Apple Music Listen link. Search events include the selected filter and a range describing the query's length, not the search text. Analytics events include randomly generated installation and session identifiers, app version/build and platform information, and your internal Jukebox account ID when signed in. Activity from before sign-in may be linked to your account after you sign in.
PostHog processes this information as our analytics service provider. This integration does not send your name, email address, password, search text, review or message content, music titles, or the destination link. Session replay and screen recording are disabled. We use this analytics data for product measurement, not targeted advertising or advertising measurement across other companies' apps and websites. Location Information
If you choose to enable location features, we may collect approximate or precise location information to provide location-based functionality.
Location permissions are optional and may be disabled through your device settings.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:

- Enable social and community features
- Personalize recommendations and discovery features
